Posisi yang dibutuhkan adalah
Accounting Officer
Persyaratan:
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree S1 majoring in Accounting
  • Comprehensive knowledge of taxation, account, cash flow planning, balance sheet, general ledger, strong analysis
  • Preferably holding brevet A & B certificate
  • Candidate must be dynamic, energetic and highly motivated
  • Computer literature
  • Honest, neat and detail oriented
Account Receivable Officer
Persyaratan: 
  • Bachelor Degree S1 in Economic Management or any relevant studies
  • Male/Female with maximum 28 years old
  • Working experience in Finance generally and especially Account Receivable
  • Minimum experience at least 1-2 years in property industry
  • Honest, neat and detail oriented
  • Computer Literature
Civil Inspector
Persyaratan: 
  • S1 Civil engineering/ Architecture
  • Male with maximum age 35 years old
  • Preferably in Tangerang Area
  • Calculate and control the budget plan
  • Make Weekly progress report
  • Have working experience at least 2 - 5 years
  • Have experience in reputable Developer Company or Contractor
Marketing Manager Property
Persyaratan: 
  • Holding a Bachelor S1 or Master Degree S2 in any major
  • Have experience 5 years of in marketing & sales property/ real estate
  • Capable of developing a channel strategy and maximize sales coverage
  • Skilful in marketing and promotion concept
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in spoken and written English

Project Manager
Persyaratan:
  • Minimum S1 Architect or Civil Engineering from reputable universities

  • Project Manager will responsible for building development in accordance with deadlines, quality, and cost
Quantity Surveyor
Persyaratan: 
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree S1 in Civil Engineering
  • Male/ female with maximum age 45 years old
  • Have working experience at least 5 years in related field, preferably as QS in property consultant or developer
  • Able to provide project estimation and budgeting
  • Strong knowledge of constructions material
  • Honest, neat and detail oriented
  • Computer Literature
Junior Architect
Persyaratan: 
  • Bachelor Degree S1 in Architect
  • Male/ Female with maximum 28 years old
  • Have working experience with minimum 1 - 3 years
  • Have experience in reputable Developer Company or Contractor
  • Good working knowledge of AutoCAD 2D & 3D, SketchUP 3D, and Photoshop
  • Good communication, detail, initiative, honest, hardworking, and able to work as a team
  • Fresh graduate are welcome
Receptionist
Persyaratan: 
  • Minimum SMA/SMK
  • At least 1 year experience as receptionist or customer service will be an advantage
  • Female with age maximum 30 years old
  • Attractive, pleasant personality, well groomed

Persyaratan: 
  • Minimum Senior High School SMA/STM or equivalent
  • Male with max age 34 years old
  • Having experience 2 years in High Rise Building or Apartement
  • Strong knowledge of systems : Plumbing, STP, Air Conditioner, transfer pump and phase 1 & 3 of motors, Genset and electric lighting & elevator, escalator
  • Diligent, polite, able to work as a team or individually, and able to work under pressure
  • Good communication, coordination and hardworking
  • Willing to be placed in Project
Architect
Persyaratan: 
  • Bachelor Degree S1 in Architect
  • Male/ Female with maximum 28 years old
  • Have working experience with minimum 3-5 years
  • Have experience in reputable Developer Company or Consultant
  • Good working knowledge of AutoCAD 2D & 3D, SketchUP 3D, ArchiCAD, Revit and Photoshop
  • Can coordinate with consultant planning architect, structure, and Mechanical and Electrical
  • Good communication, detail, initiative, honest, hardworking, and able to work as a team

  1. Peserta merupakan lulusan pendidikan Minimal SMA/SMK, DIPLOMA 3 D3, S1, dan S2.
