Legal Officer
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
- Manage and handle corporate legal matters accurate timely and pro actively for the company especially provides legal consultation and service to other division or department in the Company regarding corporate matter such as review cooperation agreement and related documents
- Manage and handle operational legal services for the company especially provide legal consultation and service to other division or department regarding operational matters
- Experienced of Fraud detection, prevention, and handling process; ensure that anti fraud techniques are used at all times in order to minimize fraud losses and take action when the fraud arise
Requirements:
- Male / Female, max. 35 years old
- Min. S1 Degree in Law
- Min. 2 years of working experience as Legal Officer preferable in Insurance Industry
- Having a strong analytical and conceptual thinking
- Excellent knowledge of legal system and administration
- Excellent knowledge of insurance law and related regulations
- Understand of company business process and community
- Good Performance, strong communication skills and highly self confidence
- Able to work under pressure as a team or individual
