Responsibilities:
Maintains & enhances the organisation of human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations & human resources policies, program, and practices.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Law or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Having knowledge in labor law (UU no 13, 2003; UU no 2, 2004; and related regulations), recruitment & selection, benefits administration, performance management, compensation & wages structure, and other matters relating to employees.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Subang.
